Salisbury Steak

2 pounds ground beef
2 pkgs. Dry Onion Soup Mix
2 eggs
1 C. Dry Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper

Mix all ingredients very well. Shape into 10 oval shaped patties. Fry in a frying pan. Serve with mashed potatoes and brown gravy.
