Butterscotch Fudge

3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces*
1 (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine and milk in heavy 2-1/2 quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in butterscotch until melted. Add marshmallow creme & vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour into a greased 11x7x15 inch baking pan. Let cool and cut into 1 inch squares.

*You can also use any other flavor.... White, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, etc..
